3. Subject matter and scope:
Site www.universulrelor.rohas the sole role of presenting the products and services offered by the company and collecting requests for quotation through the contact forms.
The Company does not conduct direct sales online through the Site, and any order is made solely on the basis of a personalized offer and a contract subsequently concluded between the parties.

The company offers the following categories of products and services:
heat-insulated windows and doors;
exterior doors;
sliding doors;
curtain walls;
garage doors;
accessories for windows and doors;
railings and partitions made of glass;
automated shading systems;
pergolas and canopies.
Installation is provided by the company's fitters team, in accordance with the contract concluded with the beneficiary.
5. Bidding and contracting process
Requests submitted through the Website are in the nature of a request for quotation and do not constitute a firm order.
The company sends the customer a personalized offer, and the delivery and assembly of the products is carried out only on the basis of the contract signed by both parties.
6. Delivery and assembly
Delivery and assembly of products is carried out both on the territory of Romania and in other member states of the European Union.
Delivery and assembly terms will be agreed upon by contract.
7. Guarantees
The products and services offered by the company are guaranteed according to the conditions specified on the dedicated page Guarantees, which is an integral part of the present Terms and Conditions.
8. Payments and financial conditions
Payments are made by bank transfer or in cash, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
As of 2025, the legal limits for cash payments are:
a maximum of 5,000 lei/day for payments made between legal entities;
a maximum of 10,000 lei/day for payments made between legal entities and individuals.
Any advance, maturity or payment condition shall be fixed by contract.
9. Returns and cancellations
Pursuant to Article 16 (c) of OUG No 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalised.
Therefore, confirmed and contracted orders cannot be returned or canceled unilaterally by the customer, except in situations expressly provided for in the contract.
10. Rights and obligations of the parties
The company has the obligation to deliver and assemble the products in accordance with the contractual specifications and to comply with the applicable quality standards.
The customer is obliged to pay the value of the products and services according to the contract and to comply with the instructions for use and maintenance.
11. Intellectual property
All materials presented on the site (texts, images, renderings, graphic elements, logos, projects) are the property WINDOWS UNIVERSE SRLor its partners and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Their reproduction, distribution or use without the written consent of the company is prohibited.
12. Protection of personal data
The company processes personal data of visitors and customers in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
