Return Policy and Guarantees
Products marketed by WINDOWS UNIVERSE SRLare executed exclusively on a custom-made basis, in accordance with the specifications established by contract and tender. In view of the personalisation of these products, pursuant to Article 16 (c) of OJ No 34/2014 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply.
After placing an order, certain accessories such as handles can only be replaced to the extent that the modification is expressly accepted by the company, however, in the absence of a written agreement, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
Return is possible only if the delivered or assembled products are not in conformity with the contract or have manufacturing defects. In this situation, the customer is obliged to send a written notice, by e-mail, WhatsApp or other accepted electronic means, within a maximum of 48 hours after the installation or from the date of receipt. The finding of non-conformity is made by the representatives of the company, and after confirmation the product will be replaced or remedied in accordance with applicable law. In such cases, transport and replacement costs shall be borne in full by WINDOWS UNIVERSE SRL.
The return of products that have been made in accordance with the dimensions, colors or configurations agreed by contract, products that meet the specifications but no longer reflect the customer's preferences after delivery or products that have been fitted and used contrary to the technical instructions are not accepted.
Notifications regarding returns or non-conformances shall be sent to the e-mail address contact@universulferestrelor.roor to the phone number +40 775 120 790. The company confirms the receipt of the request and sends the official response within 48 hours. If the return is approved, the product will be replaced or repaired within the time limit established by the contract, at no additional cost to the customer.
The products and services offered by the company are guaranteed, as follows: PVC and aluminum joinery has a 5-year warranty, Veka PVC profiles have a 10-year warranty, and glass, hardware and assembly enjoy a 5-year warranty.
