Delivery and assembly policy

This policy regulates the delivery and assembly conditions applicable to products marketed by UNIVERSUL WINDOWS SRL, with its registered office in Cluj-Napoca, Str. Beehives No. 13, registered with the Trade Register under No. J12/4478/2022, having PIN RO46525289.

Scope
The products marketed by the company are executed exclusively on an order basis, according to the specifications set out in the contract. Delivery and assembly are an integral part of the services offered and are carried out by the company's own team of installers or, where appropriate, by agreed contractual partners.

Delivery area
Delivery of products is carried out both on the territory of Romania and in other member states of the European Union. The delivery terms and conditions specific to each project shall be expressly set out in the contract signed with the beneficiary.

Assembly programming
The assembly of products is carried out at the address indicated by the customer, on the basis of a mutually agreed schedule. The customer has the obligation to ensure free access to the site and the necessary conditions for carrying out the installation safely.

Delivery and assembly deadlines
The company does not set standard delivery and assembly deadlines, these are conditioned by the nature of the order, the availability of materials and the complexity of the project. Firm terms will be stipulated in the individual contract concluded with each client.

Reception of works
Reception of products and assembly is carried out upon completion of work, in the presence of the customer or representative appointed by him. Any objections to the conformity of the products or the assembly must be made in writing, by e-mail or other electronic means, on the date of receipt or, at the latest, within 48 hours.

Transportation and assembly costs
Transport and assembly costs are detailed in the tender and form an integral part of the contract. These costs are borne by the customer and included in the total price of the project, except where the parties expressly agree otherwise.

Responsibility and limitations
The company fulfils its delivery and assembly obligations in accordance with the contractual provisions and the applicable industry standards. The company is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as force majeure events, extreme weather conditions, transport bottlenecks or other unforeseen situations.
